Dear 30 Day Challenge...

I know we haven't been together long. 

But I just feel the way I feel.

And after popping out of the shower and noticing the undeniable formation of oblique muscles.

I just have to say

also, I'm on an unprecedented Balsamic vinegar kick, but I don't think you really care about that.

30 Day Challenge...

I decided to finally use something I've found on Pinterest!

I have several work outs that I have been playing around with, but I like that this one has a time frame set to it.

So!

The 30 Day Challenge!

50 Crunches
-
25 Leg Lifts
-
50 Bicycles
-
25 Squats
-
15 Sumo Squats (My favorite!)
-
50 Calve Raises
-
100 Arm Circles (50 each way)
-
15 Push Ups (My NOT Favorite!)
-
50 Jumping Jacks
-
1 Minute Plank

Its awesome to pair with some cardio, and I can actually feel it the next day in different places depending on how hard I pushed myself. My own rule that I threw into it, is for every day I miss I have to erase 2 tallies to get to my 30 day ending point.
